‘TROY PREHAB’ App is a simple and easy to use phone application for men and woman of all ages that teaches you all you need to know about our products. This app includes easy to follow demonstration videos and photos instructions and the benefits of TROY PREHAB’. Think of it as having your very own Personal Trainer and Masseuse at your fingertips. We also offer a 24 hour help service for any questions or queries you may have.

The 3 “S” Principles
1. SOFT TISSUE WORK – Foam Roller, Foot Massage Ball, Trigger Point Ball
2. STRETCHING – Resistant Band
3. STRENGTHENING - Resistant Band
The soft tissue work, with a Foam Roller, Foot Massage Ball and a Trigger Point Ball is to release tight areas in the body. By breaking up scar tissue and adhesions (knots) in muscles, this form of self-myofascial release has been shown to result in an acute increase in mobility (and range of motion), therefore improving quality of movement.
Stretching is so important as it lengthens the muscles and allows greater blood flow to a specific area. By consistently stretching we gain a wide range of motion and flexibility therefore achieving maximum power.
Lastly, strengthening. We need to activate specific muscle groups so our body is coordinated and stable.

FOAM ROLLING
Foam Roller is a therapeutic tool they can be for promoting and maintaining optimal physical health. Using your own body weight and agility, you roll specific muscle groups against a firm foam roller to mimic a deep, gliding massage.
